Romania, Klaus Iohannis, with the Order of Romania’s Star in the rank of
Knight. The honor was bestowed as a sign of high esteem for the significant

More »Starting with September 1st, 2017, PetrOmbudsman Department has launched a pilot project through which dealers and employees from 30 filling stations in Bucharest, both Petrom and OMV, can contact our department services through an application installed on mobile phones.

More »On May 22nd 2017, the event "3 years of PetrOmbudsman” took place in Petrom City, where we celebrated with about 90 employees, both from Bucharest headquarters and from production areas in the country. Among those present at the event, alongside with us were Mrs. Mariana Gheorghe, CEO of the company, managers from production areas and as well directors from the corporate departments of the company.

More »On September 29th 2016 the third edition of the Labor Law Forum was held at the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – an event organized by the Legal Magazine, where over 100 organizations in the private sector and representatives from the public domain, lawyers, mediators, NGOs and media were invited. The event focused on discussions upon the latest developments in the labor market, addressed from a multilateral perspective (legislative, economic, social and organizational).
More »On the 27-28th of October, the first European Ombudsmen Meeting organized in Romania and in Central-Eastern Europe took place.
More »After researching performance indicators used by fellow ombudsman offices, we have set out to establish the most appropriate indicators for the profile of our organization. Once identified, these were validated with our Advisory Committee. Aside from proving the effectiveness of our work, this also helps to define more clear objectives and supports the organization in understanding in more detail the depth of our activity and the ways in which we can be in synergy with all the formal structures of the company.

More »In the last month of the winter season, PetrOmbudsman arrives in Constanta, Asset I, Petromar. After a long and rainy road studded with fog, the PetrOmbudsman caravan made its presence felt, warmed-up the activity, at the same time with the much awaited appearance of the sun. The questions that arised as a result of discussions with the employees, lead as to believe that the launch was expected with interest and curiosity. The experience accumulated from the launches gives us confidence for the future.

have reached the Production Area I Crișana-Banat, area where the PetrOmbudsman department
launched his activity. Here we benefit of such a warm and hospitality welcome
and also of an exemplary organization and full support of the management. Tour
of sectors covered areas located in Suplac and Marghita. We forgot for the
moment that we are in the middle of the winter. The questions addressed made us
happy and we realized that we will have a very good collaboration.
Having the same enthusiasm as before, we have chosen to decorate the PetrOmbudsman Caravan in Asset III Muntenia Vest. It is said that this is the most wonderful time of the year and the colleagues from Pitești and from the five production sectors have proven that, for them, this is true! They have welcomed us warmly, joyfully and with real interest; we are glad we had the chance to know them and conclude this year’s launches in a festive way.

The flexibility and support of the employees working in Asset Headquarters and the openness of the colleagues in production sectors offered us the certainty of the need and success of PetrOmbudsman project.
More »On 23.10.2014, PetrOmbudsman Department was launched in Petrobrazi Refinery and later the same day in Brazi Power Plant. Employees from both locations expressed interest in the activities our department performs.
