Legal Magazine interview – “We need the ombudsman profession to be legally regulated”
This October, Legal Magazine dedicated a special place to the Organizational Ombudsman concept, through an interview with the Director of PetrOmbudsman department, Prof. Mihai Berinde, PhD. The opportunity was used to discuss about the Ombudsman profession in general, but also about how we integrated this concept within OMV Petrom. Between the subjects under debate, the legal regulation of the Ombudsman profession was recognized as a means to formally confirm the already existing status of the ombudsman, which will help standardize the activity.
