The "Labor Litigation Prevention- Alternative Methods of Conflict Resolution" Project
For a more efficient activity, PetrOmbudsman has developed a close working relationship with the company's formal departments. One of these is Reward&Respect Department.
This department, as known, deals with the legal procedures associated with labor litigations which employees have in relation with the company.
To help the employees, we thought it would be useful to start a project in partnership with Reward&Respect in order to deliver as much information as possible on this topic.
Whether or not they were part in a litigation, information on basic legal procedures, amicable recovery arrangements, voluntary payments, are very important and each employee should know them.
We, the PetrOmbudsman Department, believe in
open communication and the power of information. When we know all the facts, we
can make the correct choices and communication can help us achieve our goals
more easily. We believe that the project "Labor Litigation Prevention -
Alternative Conflict Resolution Methods" in partnership with Reward&Respect
falls within the company's vision of the concept of "Employee
Experience".
