Communication is the essence of things, and raising awareness on this issue is vital. Through constructive communication we can solve many of the problems we face in everyday life.
Also, our lives change with a very high speed. We try to understand and respond to the changes in the workplace and in our personal life but sometimes we are overwhelmed and confused.
Whether we like it or not, change has become a way of life and therefore we must learn how to face these challenges and how to have the power to change something in our lives.
Herodotus said that "nothing is permanent but change."
In order to support the employees, PetrOmbudsman has initiated a series of trainings on Conversational Communication and Change Management.
We have begun this endeavor in the production sectors of the Exploration and Production Division, and the purpose is to share relevant and useful information to as many people as possible throughout the entire organization. Considering that everything starts from ourselves, PetrOmbudsman proposes to embark on a journey in which to remember how important it is to have conversational communications, respect for others, adaptability and flexibility in regards to new contexts and, last but not least, balance in all what we do.
Thus, together, we can help create the organizational climate that we all want.
