The "PetrOmbudsman Workshops" section
You are already familiar with PetrOmbudsman’s practice to enter into dialogue with employees, using various instruments.
One of these refers to the workshops which are organized within the company by our department and which are meant to help develop employees’ soft-skills for understanding and assuming the challenges that they face.
In this context, in March this year, we launched a workshops section on PetrOmbudsman platform (petrombudsman.ro/workshops). Here you can find materials about to the following topics:
- Conversational
Communication
- Change Management
- Conflict Management
- Time Management
To better understand the idea of the workshops, in addition to the full materials and descriptive leaflets, suggestive videos were added which are meant to make the employees more comfortable in discovering the PetrOmbudsman concepts.
All materials from this section are bilingual and the videos have the option to display subtitles in Romanian.
PetrOmbudsman workshops were also introduced on Link2learn (link here), OMV Petrom's platform for booking, requesting, evaluating courses and conferences and maintaining training records.
