Happy birthday, PetrOmbudsman!
The PetrOmbudsman team is pleased to announce you that today we are celebrating our first-year anniversary. Exactly 12 months ago, on the 17th of March 2014, we were launching the department’s activity in the headquarters’ offices in Bucharest and were embarking on the pioneerdom road, in a surprising adventure.
Today, we are a fully functional department, having successfully finished the roll-out activities in all production areas. Remembering the highlights of the first operational year, we are glad that we were able to meet you on the occasion of the roll-outs we had organized, where we were greeted with much enthusiasm and good will, and, above all, we are glad that you have supported the ombudsman’s integration in your communities. Moreover, the management has approved for PetrOmbudsman the operationalization of 13 offices across the country, so that we can always be present among you, as available and easy to call whenever you deem necessary. Also, the ombudsman team periodically visits the Assets’ headquarters, but also their production sectors, along with their parks.
We listen to your concerns and ideas, we help you set up the foundations of new benefic ideas for your workplace, or support you in preventing, managing and resolving any conflicts that arise within the organization. We are excited about the things to come, because we rely on facts and figures from the past: more than 300 people have come to PetrOmbudsman since it was established, with unlimited examples of discussed matters.
All these facts convinced us that you are willing to contribute to maintaining a pleasant working environment, one where everyone is equally treated with respect and collegiality. In the coming years, we pledge to make our daily contribution to a constructive working place and we would like to thank all of those who support our work, all of those who used our services and, last but not least, those who had worked in favor of making the existence of such a department possible. ‹Back
