Up to speed with technology – PetrOmbudsman application for filling stations

Starting with September 1st, 2017, PetrOmbudsman Department has launched a pilot project through which dealers and employees from 30 filling stations in Bucharest, both Petrom and OMV, can contact our department services through an application installed on mobile phones.

Given that IT solutions help us streamline the time we spend on our various activities, we thought of a way that allows us to extend PetrOmbudsman service for filling stations faster. Following discussions with OPM, we started the implementation this pilot project, to give to dealers and filling stations employees the possibility to access PetrOmbudsman services through the mobile phone, whenever, from any location and at any hour, just by pushing a button.

When an employee asks for our help, we will contact him and, depending on the case, we will organize a face to face meeting for a complex issue or we will provide the information directly by phone or e-mail, for a simple request. Direct contact with our visitors is one of the basic principles of our work; it builds trust in people. This project provides a complementary communication channel with the PetrOmbudsman department and represents a technical solution to a logistical problem..

Thereby, PetrOmbudsman is again a pioneer and is in step with the digitization trend of the company.
