European Ombuds Meeting - Geneva
In the period 16-17 October, Prof. Mihai Berinde, Director of PetrOmbudsman participated to the European Ombuds Meeting organized in Geneva.
It was a very good opportunity to enter into dialogue with remarkable Ombuds persons and identify the best practices in this field of activity.
In the last period of time, the number of Ombudsman offices has increased and the activity is developing more and more, especially in corporate divisions.
The conference also served as a good opportunity to introduce the activities that OMV Petrom has carried out for putting in place the PetrOmbudsman Department.
Meetings of such are organized twice per year, in March and October, in different locations. Hosting such an assembly could be a great opportunity for OMV Petrom to increase its visibility and should be a point kept on our agenda.
