Impact Indicators for PetrOmbudsman Department
After researching performance indicators used by fellow ombudsman offices, we have set out to establish the most appropriate indicators for the profile of our organization. Once identified, these were validated with our Advisory Committee. Aside from proving the effectiveness of our work, this also helps to define more clear objectives and supports the organization in understanding in more detail the depth of our activity and the ways in which we can be in synergy with all the formal structures of the company.
Furthermore, the implementation and monitoring of impact indicators:
- leads to the
improvement of services rendered by PetrOmbudsman office
- reveals the
areas in which the services of PetrOmbudsman are mostly needed and helps
allocate resources efficiently
- enhances the
credibility of the department and, consequently, strengthens the reputation of
the company
- improves the
overall efficiency of PetrOmbudsman department
