PetrOmbudsman Survey Results
This April, PetrOmbudsman Department launched a company-wide survey to find out your opinion on the services it provides. The survey was available both online and on paper so as to reach all categories of employees. Anonymity and privacy of responses was ensured for each respondent.
Our survey focused on three main areas: employees’ level of knowledge regarding PetrOmbudsman, perception about the department (both at general level and through the filter of personal experience) and preferences in term of cooperation with the ombudsman. With this survey, our department aimed to find out its strengths and weaknesses, in order to intensify its activities based on the results.
